We took the kids last night to the Hollywild Zoo to see the Christmas lights. They loved all of the lights (you would never know they were our kids :) ) and really enjoyed the petting zoo. They had "Santa's Reindeer" that the kids could pet and feed as well as ponies you could ride through a light forest. It was a really fun outing for them and made us all more excited about Christmas.

Pendleton Parade
It's been a few weeks since I have posted but we have been keeping busy trying to get ready for Santa's big arrival and enjoying the holiday season. Last Sunday the kids were in the Pendleton Christmas Parade with their preschool. We had so much fun riding in the trailer and Daddy, Nana, Papaw, Aunt LaLa and Dan Dan all came to see us. It was pretty darn cold but definitely felt like Christmas. After the parade we all went to see Santa and made sure they got their list in. Zachary still proclaims he wants a train and Avery wants a dollhouse. We will just have to wait and see in 3 days!!

Last Bit of Disney & Santa
Well we are finally home (for two 1/2 weeks)!! We had a wonderful time and the whole way home the kids said "No home, Mickey's house!" I take it they had fun :) While we were there we did get to see Santa. They weren't afraid this year and in fact Zachary told him exactly what he wanted and what his sister wanted. It was too cute. He just couldn't tell him enough. We also enjoyed one more character dinner with Winnie the Pooh and gang before coming home. However I think they enjoyed the lunch at Coral Reef in front of the aquarium the best. That was the most quiet they were for any meal. It was a great trip and I am glad we had the amount of time there that we did. We couldn't have rode Small World 6 times if we hadn't been there 9 days :) However, we were definitely ready to come home for colder weather and to celebrate the holidays!

Cinderella's Castle & More Disney

Hi Everyone! Well we are having a ball! Tonight we had the treat of a life time and got to eat dinner in Cinderella's Castle. We had our picture made with Cinderella (which I will have to scan in when we get home) and got to see a neat show with the fairy godmother and the mice while we ate. It was absolutely beautiful inside. The kids also got their own ice cream sundaes, swords, and wands so it was a hit. When we left it was dark and the castle was covered in icicles for the holidays. Zachary also got to ride his favorite ride, Small World, again and was saying "ride again" before we even got off the ride. So after the 3rd time through Jon and I are almost ready to cry. The kids are loving every minute of it and they have found a new love for Princesses & Pirates. Hope this finds everyone well! Love, Jon, Jennifer, Avery & Zachary
