San Francisco

We had a wonderful time in San Francisco last weekend!! It was so strange and I might even dare to say easy traveling with just one child. She was an angel the whole trip and with her being so little she slept just about the entire flight. We were able to jump off and on the trolley cars without a stroller, we toured Alcatraz, and even enjoyed dinner in North Beach on the sidewalk. That was my first big trip away from the twins and the longest so I am proud of myself. :) They also did great with my parents and sister and brother in law. My Birthday and Mother's Day Weekend

Another wonderful weekend is now behind us. It was such a fun weekend and I was truly pampered all weekend! We enjoyed watching Daddy and Uncle Dan Dan play softball on Friday night and Kayla and I got to play with the kids on the playground and with the new camera Jon got me for my birthday :) On Saturday we had the Mom's of Multiples spring party and enjoyed my birthday dinner at Red Robin. We then continued the celebrations over at my parents yesterday for Mother's Day. I am truly blessed with a wonderful husband, kids, family, and friends as it was very apparent over the weekend. Jon and I both have amazing mothers who do every thing in their power to help us and guide us. We appreciate you both very much!


Now we have had some fun filled weekends since Caroline was born so why stop not?? Next weekend just might top them all :) Jon, Caroline and I are heading to the West coast! We will be in San Francisco for a long weekend while Jon works some and we are really looking forward to it. This is our first big trip without the twins so pray for my nerves as we travel by plane, little Caroline as she embarks on her first big journey, and Nana & Papaw and Aunt LaLa & Uncle Dan Dan some extra energy as they help out with the twins. You know we like to start our children traveling early and it will only help us prepare for our busy summer traveling plans. In the works are a Tampa/Disney World trip, 2 week long beach trips with each of our families, and a week in Ohio for Uncle Josh & Kim's wedding. I am sure many great photos and memories are to come next week and all summer.

Caroline at 2 months

Caroline had her two month checkup today and it was confirmed....she is growing like a weed. She weighed 10lbs 10oz and is 23 inches long. I looked back in Avery & Zachary's books to see how big they were and they were 8lbs 10oz and 9lbs 7oz at 2 months and both 22 inches long. So it just isn't my imagination that she is bigger. She was all smiles at the doctors and cooing away until we had to get our vaccines. All in all she did really well and we are so proud of her!

Spring Fun

Well this weekend was another family fun weekend at the Osborns :) Our kids are probably going to hate all of our "family outings" when they are older but we are making memories. This weekend the weather was humid but fairly nice so we spent a lot of time outside. We took the kids to a local farm to pick strawberries and spent some time at a local playground. They had lots of fun and even slept in until 8 am for me this morning! Caroline is doing great and goes for her 2 month checkup in the morning. I will post tomorrow on that. Zachary told me when I put this shirt on him, "Is this shirt mine? I don't think it is because it is pink." I said "Yes, it is yours buddy." He told me "Good because I like pink like my sisters." :) LOL He doesn't have much of a choice now that he is out numbered. But hey, Daddy wears pink dress shirts too :)

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Yesterday was Daddy's birthday and we had a weekend full of fun! The weather put a damper on most of my plans but we made the best of it. Jon got to play softball with the church on Friday night and the kids got to go see Daddy play for the first time which they were super excited about. On Saturday he golfed a little with Uncle Dan Dan and also ate supper at Olive Garden with Aunt Kayla & Uncle Dan Dan not to mention dessert at Krispy Kreme. Then yesterday we got to enjoy the twins singing at their preschool church, lunch with my parents, and then family time at the park. It was lots of fun and the kids really enjoyed the playground with Daddy. Caroline was even happy although it was super windy. Here are a some pictures from the weekend. Everyone is doing great and Caroline is just growing like a weed. She is 8 weeks old today and smiling lots for us :) Hope everyone enjoys the pictures!

6 weeks already!

I cannot believe Caroline is already 6 weeks old! Where has the time gone?? We have been busy which I know makes it go even quicker. We had some wonderful help come and stay with us (thanks Mom O!!) and Easter with my parents was a lot of fun too. In the middle of that we have been trying to get out here and there and the kids enjoyed their first sleepover at a friends house for two nights and a trip to Nana & Papaws. Caroline also went to church for the first time last Sunday and she did wonderful. A few small peeps but we made it through the whole service. The summer promises to be pretty busy but you know our family is always up for the challenge of traveling. Here are a few pictures to entertain you. Hope everyone is well!! Love the Osborns

The Easter bunny came!!

Caroline Rosemary Osborn

After all the anticipation she is finally here! Caroline Rosemary Osborn was born March 1st at 1:54pm. She weighed 6lbs 14oz and is 19 1/2 inches long. She has a head full of red hair and is a very happy baby. Avery & Zachary are doing great as a big brother and big sister and we are really proud of them. Avery loves helping mommy while Zachary shows great concern for her when she is crying and really wants to comfort her. We are enjoying time at home this week as a new family of 5 and trying to take it all in. Here are a few pictures from the past week and I am sure many more to follow :) Love to all!
