Polar Express
Last night we took the kids to Bryson City, NC to ride the Polar Express. They absolutely loved it and were at the right age to really enjoy it. We got there a little early and grabbed a bite to eat and looked around the town. We boarded the train at 6:30 and the kids were so excited to be able to wear their jammies on board. The train staff were dressed up and sang songs from the movie and then read the children the story of the Polar Express. After that we arrived at the North Pole and Santa came on board the train. He handed all of the kids bells and took pictures. Of course there was hot chocolate, candy, and caroling that made it even better. It was a great time and we look forward to going again next year!

Looking at lights
Well you know the Osborns LOVE lights! We have done our share of light looking this holiday season and the kids really enjoy it. Here are some photos from the Hollywild Zoo and this house we love to visit in Mauldin. Uncle Dan Dan & Aunt Lala have even been able to join us now that the are out of school!

Holiday Fun
Well is this month flying by or what? Seems like this was our busiest weekend and now it should be smooth sailing. On Thursday night we had the kids preschool Christmas program. They sang two songs and were so proud of themselves. It was precious. Then to wind down a busy weekend full of holiday parties we took the kids to see Santa and came home and decorated our gingerbread house. The kids loved Santa this year and were eager to sit in his lap which was a complete 180 from last year. Avery just kept on talking. When we asked her what she told him she wanted she said "a Sprite." We said "you asked for a can of Sprite and not the kitchen and baby bath tub you had been talking about?" and she insisted she wants Sprite now. Oh toddlers :) Hope your holidays are just as fun filled as ours have been thus far. More holiday updates to come I am sure!

Thanksgiving Parade & Feast
We had our first official Thanksgiving feast today! We went to the twins preschool for their parade and feast this morning. They do a parade around the parking lot for all the parents and this year we had little turkeys. They were so funny and wanted to keep posing. Mom especially loved their tail feathers. Hope this posts finds everyone well and looking forward to Thanksgiving this week. We are heading up north tomorrow evening so instead of posting I must go finish packing. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Our first sleepover

Our kids had their first sleepover this week! Their BFFs Anna & Carlos came to stay 2 nights while their parents had to go out of town for a funeral. We had lots of fun and even got out yesterday and painted some Christmas ornaments. To my surprise they even took a two hour nap both days and slept great at night. We hope to have many more sleepovers to come with them!

We're having a ..... healthy baby!!
As many of you know we had our 20 week ultrasound last week. This was the only appointment Jon decided to go to since he knew there was an ultrasound with it and so he could be there if I happened to get a peak of the gender. Everything looks great and the baby is growing wonderfully. We are officially due on March 8 but I am leaning towards a planned c section the end of February/first of March. Here are a few of the awesome 4d pictures we got. The baby definitely has Zachary's lips but the face looks a bit like Avery. Hope this finds everyone doing well and looking forward to Halloween!!

Boo in the Zoo
Last night we took the kids to the Greenville Zoo for their Halloween trick or treating called Boo in the Zoo. It was our first time taking the kids and they loved the extra practice before Halloween. Tinker Bell and Peter Pan were really excited to put their costumes on and couldn't believe they got to go to a restaurant in them too. Aunt La La & Uncle Dan Dan also joined us for the fun too. Mom is still "checking" the candy but I am sharing a little. :)
Where did the time go?
Wow is it really almost the end of October?? And I haven't posted since April?? As most of you know our summer was quite busy and it looks like our holidays and winter are shaping up to be much of the same. We enjoyed two trips to the beach with each of our families, almost two weeks in California with Grandma on a trip of a lifetime, started the kids back in preschool, enjoyed a weekend getaway to Gatlinburg, and now excited about Halloween and Thanksgiving in Ohio. These pictures are from our recent Fall outings. We took the kids to Dollywood while in Gatlinburg and they loved it! It was rather chilly but we all bundled up and stayed all day. We also took them to Skytop Apple Orchard and picked apples and pumpkins. It was lots of fun and the kids are still talking about picking apples off of a tree. As you know the Osborns love the fall so we are taking it all in while we can. As the days fly by I will attempt to make more of an effort to post for all of our out of town family as I know we have lots of exciting things coming up. Hope this finds everyone well :)
