My Birthday and Mother's Day Weekend

Another wonderful weekend is now behind us. It was such a fun weekend and I was truly pampered all weekend! We enjoyed watching Daddy and Uncle Dan Dan play softball on Friday night and Kayla and I got to play with the kids on the playground and with the new camera Jon got me for my birthday :) On Saturday we had the Mom's of Multiples spring party and enjoyed my birthday dinner at Red Robin. We then continued the celebrations over at my parents yesterday for Mother's Day. I am truly blessed with a wonderful husband, kids, family, and friends as it was very apparent over the weekend. Jon and I both have amazing mothers who do every thing in their power to help us and guide us. We appreciate you both very much!


Now we have had some fun filled weekends since Caroline was born so why stop not?? Next weekend just might top them all :) Jon, Caroline and I are heading to the West coast! We will be in San Francisco for a long weekend while Jon works some and we are really looking forward to it. This is our first big trip without the twins so pray for my nerves as we travel by plane, little Caroline as she embarks on her first big journey, and Nana & Papaw and Aunt LaLa & Uncle Dan Dan some extra energy as they help out with the twins. You know we like to start our children traveling early and it will only help us prepare for our busy summer traveling plans. In the works are a Tampa/Disney World trip, 2 week long beach trips with each of our families, and a week in Ohio for Uncle Josh & Kim's wedding. I am sure many great photos and memories are to come next week and all summer.
